Here we are all at The Gallery on a Wednesday Card making Session.
Today we made collaged cards using various techniques including,
layering, tearing, stamping and having fun.

These a the brilliant cards that were created today.
I had a new lady start today can you guess which card she made?

Latest Inspiration

Experimenting with alcohol inks
for the happy's and balloons with
stamping around the edge to finish the card off.

Using die cut flowers in a variety of papers
including vellum and pre-printed papers.

These are my first try at collage cards.
I made the cards using just one colour.
I added beads and flowers to give the cards some texture and height.

Peacock Inspiring Paper.

This is the peacock patterned paper that inspired me to make some cards. I really liked the colours as they are not the normal bright blues and greens but more subdued with lots of brown.
I found my peacock stamps and selected two stamps with a similar pattern.

Hi, this is my first blog entry.

This is my first post, blogging is new to me. I'm really excited at the prospect of sharing my ideas and creativity with the world. The picture shows my desk in my craft room, with some of the cards and materials that I have used recently.
I have just invested in a range of Alcohol Inks and I'm starting to explore how to use them I hope you will join me on this journey.
The cards were inspired by a piece of patterned paper.
